 Looking to exchange? Please let us know what size you would like in exchange. If you need a ring sizer, please request and we will send one (fastest way is to request one by email or in the website contact form.)

We ask that you purchase return-to-you shipping to cover shipping/handling of an exchange. (For USA returns only)

Items must be in unworn/unused condition with tags attached (when applicable) for refunds. Refunds will only be issued for orders postmarked within 30 days of the day they were delivered. 30-day return policy for item's with manufacturer defects.

*IMPORTANT: Please email Lbeach@panvisionary.com or call 215-340-1242 about any defects. Damaged items returned without contacting us first will not receive a refund.*

All Returns / Exchanges:

  • Complete the return form received with your item
  •  Send return to Panvisionary Group LLC, PO Box 986, Doylestown, PA 18901
  • Please include your Order # or Full name (of the purchaser) and address in the email
  •  Print a label (or write on a piece of paper) and attach it to your package (you may purchase a paid label at USPS.com or buy postage locally (You can tape & reuse the envelope it came in!)
  •  Mail the completed return form and the item in the box** it came in.
  • Exchanges only- We ask that you purchase return-to-you shipping to cover shipping/handling of an exchange

 Refunds will be issued after we receive the item you are returning.
