Our Business Practice

Our inventory is in stock, all orders ship by the next business day (or sooner)! We do not order it when you do and have you wait for 6 weeks before it ships. Anything that you purchase ships within 24 hours excluding weekends and federal holidays. We encourage you to call us if you have any questions or concerns; we are here to help you!

What if I don't know my ring size?

No problem! Order one of our ring sizers - only $1 and ships anywhere for free - for the most accurate results. The sizer is simple to use and helps assure you that you are ordering the right size. 

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 6am ET will ship same day
Orders placed Monday - Friday after 6am ET will ship the following business day
Orders placed Friday after 6am ET - Monday 6am ET will be shipped by Monday afternoon

Note: We ship daily via United States Postal Service (excluding government holidays)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are based on the east coast of the United States, but there are a number of countries we ship to. We will ship to:

  • APO/FPO/DPO
  • Australia
  • Canada
  • France
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • New Zealand
  • UK
  • US and its territories

If your country is not listed you can contact us to see if your country has been added to the list.

Can I contact you on the phone?

Yes! Our phone number is 215-340-1242. We are a small business so we cannot always man the phones, especially while we are preparing to ship. If you leave a message we will return your call.

Hours of operation:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 3pm ET
Saturday - Sunday: 2pm - 6pm ET
(with the exception of holidays)

Can I return an item or exchange a ring for a different size?

We accept returns with the following conditions:

  • Returns for refund are accepted for 30 days after shipment, in unused/unworn condition with tags attached
  • You can buy the correct size before shipping the wrong size back to ensure that the size you want is available for you. OR you can return the ring, we will send the requested exchange.  If you have purchased a second ring to ensure availability, we will refund the first purchase when received back.
  • 30 day return policy for item's with manufacturer defects 
  • We will ask that you pay for all shipping costs. Postal rates keep changing and it is difficult to keep up by regularly changing the costs on our site to cover them. This helps us to keep down our costs for all customers.
