Our Business Practice

Our inventory is in stock, all orders ship by the next business day (or sooner)! We do not order it when you do and have you wait for 6 weeks before it ships. Anything that you purchase ships within 24 hours excluding federal holidays. We encourage you to call us if you have any questions or concerns; we are here to help you!

What if I don't know my ring size?

No problem! Order one of our ring sizers - only $1 and ships anywhere for free - for the most accurate results. The sizer is simple to use and helps assure you that you are ordering the right size. 

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday - Saturday before 10am EST will ship same day
Orders placed Monday - Friday after 10am EST will ship the following business day
Orders placed Saturday 10am EST - Monday 10am EST will be shipped by Monday afternoon

Note: We ship daily via United States Postal Service (excluding government holidays)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are based on the east coast of the United States, but there are a number of countries we ship to. We will ship to:

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • France
  • Germany
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • New Zealand
  • UK
  • US and its territories
  • APO/FPO/DPO

If your country is not listed you can contact us to see if your country has been added to the list.

Can I contact you on the phone?

Yes! Our phone number is 215-340-1242. We are a small business so we cannot always man the phones, especially while we are preparing to ship. If you leave a message we will return your call.

Hours of operation:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 9pm EST
Saturday - Sunday: 2pm - 6pm EST
(with the exception of holidays)

Can I return an item or exchange a ring for a different size?

We accept returns with the following conditions:

  • Returns for refund are accepted for 30 days after shipment, in unused/unworn condition with tags attached
  • You can buy the correct size before shipping the wrong size back to ensure that the size you want is available for you. OR you can return the ring, we will process the refund, and then you can buy the correct size. (This process helps us keep costs down for our customers)
  • Direct exchanges (you send back the ring and we send the new size) are not currently available
  • 30 day return policy for item's with manufacturer defects
  • One free return is given per order in the US

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product returned to us is not in original condition and the buyer has not discussed the issue with us prior to returning.
